Won-Ton skins
1/2 lb. crab- 1 can
8 oz. cream cheese- softened
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon steak sauce
1 egg- whipped

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in deep fryer or cast-iron Dutch oven
Mix egg- set aside
Mix together all other ingredients, drop by tablespoonful onto won-ton skins
Fold in the corners of won-ton, seal with egg mixture
Fry in heated oil until golden brown
Drain in paper towel
