2 c. sifted flour
3 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. shortenining
1 egg, beaten
Milk
6 c. cooked, sweetened rhubarb sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, baking powder, sugar and salt together. Cut in shortening. Place egg in measuring cup. Add enough milk to make ¾ c. liquid. Beat into flour mixture. Drop by tablespoonfuls into boiling rhubarb sauce. Cover. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 15 minutes. Serve hot with ice cream.
 

Rhubarb Sauce

2 lb. rhubarb, diced
1 orange, ground
4 c. sugar
1 large can crushed pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Mix rhubarb, orange, sugar and pineapple. Cook for 30 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly. Seal in pint jars. Use as needed.
