5 Tbsp Flour
1 Egg
1/2 tsp Salt
1 C Milk
6 Tbsp Hot Beef Drippings

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg, add milk, salt, and flour. Beat until smooth. Add 6 Tbsp hot beef drippings in a 9" cake pan. Place pan in 375 oven. When drippings are sizzling hot, pour in pudding mixture. Bake 45 minutes until pudding has brown crispy outside and soft center. Serve with roast beef and gravy.
