1 c. sifted flour
¾ c. oats
1 c. packed brown sugar
½ c. melted butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. cut rhubarb
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients. Place half of the crumb mixture in a 9 inch square pan. Add rhubarb. Combine sugar, cornstarch, and 1 c. of water and vanilla. Cook till thick and clear. Pour over rhubarb. Cover with remaining crumb mixture. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
