4 chicken breasts, cut into thin slices
cucumber, julienne (the size of a match stick)
2 bell peppers, sliced
Pita bread
Tzatziki sauce (store bought or see page ##)
oregano
basil
parsley

Directions:
Directions:
In a non-stick pan over medium-high heat, add the sliced bell peppers.
Cook until charred and moved to a separate bowl.
Cover the chicken breast slices in salt and pepper.
In the same pan, either add about a tbsp of oil or cooking spray, then add the chicken breasts.
Add oregano, basil, and parsley.
Cook until chicken is fully cooked.

To assemble the gyro, place chicken on the pita and top with the cooked peppers and raw cucumber. Add a little tzatziki sauce and enjoy!
