1 C Sour Cream
1 pkg Dry YEast
1/4 C Warm Water
2 Tbsp Soft Butter
3 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Salt
1 Egg
3 C Flour
2 Tbsp Soft Butter
1/3 C Brown Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
Cream Glaze

Directions:
Directions:
Heat sour cream just till lukewarm. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in sour cream, 2 Tbsp butter, sugar, salt, egg, and 1 C of the flour. Beat until smooth. Mix in remaining flour until dough cleans sides of bowl. Turn onto floured board; knead until smooth (10 minutes). Place in a greased bowl, and let rise until double. Punch down, roll into 24" x 6" rectangle. Brush with 2 Tbsp butter. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over long half of rectangle. Fold in half lengthwise. Cut into 24 1" strips. Holding strips by the ends, twist in opposite directions. Place 2" apart on greased baking sheet. Let rise till double. Heat oven to 375º. Bake 12 - 15 minutes. Spread with Creamy Glaze

If there were instructions for the Creamy Glaze, I would certainly have included them, but there aren't. Possibly cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla, but I don't know for certain. -- Elizabeth
