4 c. sugar
1 c. corn starch
2 to 4 tsp. cinnamon
tsp. nutmeg
10 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ingredients until thick. Add 3 tbsp. of lemon juice and fill jars with sliced apples. Pour thickening over and can. Pressure can 10 minutes at 10 lbs or cold pack 30 minutes.
