1 tbsp. Onion Finely Grated
⅓ c. Sugar
c. Mayonnaise
c. Buttermilk Well Shaken ( if you don't have buttermilk any milk will work )
c. Whole Milk ( I use fat free milk )
1 tbsp. White Vinegar
2 tbsp. Fresh or Bottled Lemon Juice
tsp Salt
Black Pepper ( to taste )
8 c. or 1-14 -16 oz Bag Coleslaw Cabbage, Finely Diced
c. Carrot Shredded (Omit If You're Using Bagged Coleslaw Mix

In a large bowl, whisk together the first 9 ingredients until smooth and well
combined. Add cabbage and carrot and mix until evenly coated. Cover bowl and refrigerate.. Stir well before serving.
