1 c. meal (corn meal)
1 c. flour
tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1 c. milk
c. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Pur into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 425 for 20 to 25 minutes.
