3 small boxes pineapple Jell-o
1 (8 oz.) pkg cream cheese
1 crushed pineapple
2 c. Cool Whip
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare 2 boxes of Jell-o per package directions. Pour in bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Refrigerate till set. Reserve remaining Jell-o for top. Mix remaining box of Jell-o with 1 c. boiling water. Let cook. Add pineapple, Cool Whip, softened cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Pour over set Jell-o in baking dish. Let second layer chill until firm. Pour on remaining Jell-o and chill until firm.
