12 corn tortillas
1 lg. can mild enchilada sauce
FILLING:
⅓ c. half & half
1 8oz. cream cheese
2 c. cooked chicken cubed
¾ c. chopped green onions
½ tsp. salt
1½ c. cheddar cheese shredded
Directions:
Directions:
Mix filling ingredients. Soften tortillas and dip in hot sauce (heated). Fill with chicken filling. Roll up seam side down in baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over all. Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes at 350º then remove foil and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake 5 minutes more.
