4 Cheddar Browns (Oreida) - defrost until wet & mushy
1/2 lb. bacon - crumbled
1/4 lb. Swiss cheese (grated)
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 t. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Grease 9" pie dish. Scrunch and form potatoes to form pie crust. Put in bacon and cover with Swiss cheese. Mix egg, milk & Pepper and pour over. Bake 20 minutes at 400º then reduce to 325º and bake for 30 minutes. Cool 15 minutes.
