2 c. Hominy (1 white & 1 yellow)
1 large onion- chopped
1 large green pepper
2 tsp. margarine melted
3 tbsp. flour
1½ c. milk
1 can mushroom soup
1 small can chopped olives
½ tsp. Tobasco
½ tsp. dry mustard
1 c. sharp cheese shredded
1 tsp. salt
1 c. almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onions and peppers in butter. Add flour till creamy. Add other ingredients except almonds. Put Hominy in dish and pour sauce over. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
