2 tbsp. olive or salad oil
4 pork chops
1 c. rice
2 c. chicken stock or bullion
⅓ c. sliced pimento
⅓ c. stuffed olives
c. finitely chopped onion
tsp. salt
⅛ tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chops in oil. Cook and combine ingredients. Add chops and cover. Bake 1 hour at 350.
