8 oz fettuccine pasta

1 tbsp Canola oil
1 cup chopped fresh broccoli
1 cup chopped fresh cauliflower
2 medium carrots diced
1 cup frozen green peas
1 small onion, chopped
2 tbsp butter, melted

Freshly grated Parmesan cheese to pass

Directions:

Cook pasta according to package directions

In a skillet, warm up Canola oil. Add all vegetables and sauté until crisp-tender.

Season with salt and pepper, add and stir in melted butter.

Pour over noodles.
