1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
In a saucepan, melt butter on low, add whipping cream - stirring constantly until blended. Stir in salt, pepper and cheese. Keep stirring until sauce thickens.

Serve over hot pasta.
