2 C sugar
2 C flour
1/4 C baking cocoa
1 C butter
1 C water
2 eggs
1/2 C buttermilk
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
FROSTING
1/2 C butter, melted
6 Tbsp milk
1 C mini marshmallows
2 Tbsp baking cocoa
1 tsp vanilla
2 C powdered sugar
1 C chopped pecans

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Combine sugar, flour, baking cocoa in a large bowl. Set aside. Combine butter and water in sauce pan bring to boil over medium heat. Add dry ingredients, remove from heat. In a separate bowl, beat together eggs, buttermilk, baking soda, vanilla and cinnamon until well mixed. Add to cocoa mixture. Pour into greased 15x10 jelly-roll pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Make frosting: Combine butter, milk, marshmallows and cocoa in a sauce pan over medium heat, bring to boil. Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Remove from heat and quickly spread over warm cake.
