4 scoops Rainbow Sherbet plus more for garnish
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 cup vodka
12 oz. seltzer
1 bottle Sparkling wine

Directions:
Directions:
To a pitcher or punch bowl add 4 scoop of sherbet
Add the frozen raspberries
Add the vodka
Add the sparkling wine and seltzer
Stir and serve
Add an extra small scoop of sherbet to each glass (optional)

Feel free to enhance the flavor by using a flavored vodka such as orange or raspberry
