2 turnips, peeled and cut into fries
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. Cover baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread turnips on the baking sheet. Pour olive oil over turnips and sprinkle with spices. Toss to coat completely. Make sure turnips are in a single layer. Bake for 18-20 minutes, flipping 10 minutes into cooking time, until nice and crispy.

I can honestly say that I had never tasted a turnip until I made these. We had received a turnip in a meal kit and had not used it. I figured, what the heck. I found a recipe and gave it a shot. We were very pleased with the result and now turnip fries will be on my menu more often.
