Dutch Apple Pie Recipe

2 Tbsp flour
1 cup sour cream
½ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
¾ cup sugar
¼ tsp nutmeg
1 egg (unbeaten)
2 cups diced apples

Topping:
⅓ cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
⅓ cup flour
¼ cup cold butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Sift flour, salt & sugar together
2. Add egg, sour cream, vanilla & nutmeg. Beat until batter is smooth.
3. Stir in apples.
4. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
5. Bake at 400ºF for 15 minutes.
6. Lower oven temp to 350ºF for 30 minutes.

Topping:
1. Mix sugar, flour and cinnamon together.
2. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.
3. Sprinkle over top.
4. Return pie to oven for 10 minutes at 400ºF
