1lb ground pork/beef/turkey (any ground meat works
14 oz bag of coleslaw mix
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tbsp ginger, minced
¼ cup soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
¼ cup chopped green onions

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown meat until cooked through. Drain all but one tbsp of the grease.

Add coleslaw mix, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil to the skillet. Cook a few minutes, until coleslaw mix has softened. Remove from heat and top with green onions. Serve alone for a low carb meal or over rice.
