1lb Italian sausage
1 8oz can tomato sauce
2 (10oz) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
2 cups ricotta cheese
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 egg, beaten
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Brown sausage in skillet over medium heat. Drain fat from skillet and stir in tomato sauce. Set mixture aside.

In large bowl, combine spinach, ricotta, parmesan and egg. Mix well and spread in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Spoon sausage mixture over spinach mixture and top with mozzarella cheese. Bake for 40 minutes.
