Prime Rib



Equal amounts of:
--Garlic salt
--Seasoned salt
--Coarse ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 300º
2. Rub roast with seasoning
3. Place roast in the oven with the fatty side up
4. Bake prime rib for 1 hour, uncovered, until it reaches an internal temp of 130º
5. Take prime rib out of the oven.
6. Let it set at least 1 hour on the counter.
7. 30-40 minutes before you're ready to serve it, place prime rib back in a 300º oven to warm it up.

Insert meat thermometer in the middle of the prime rib.
This roasting method works no matter how large or small the roast
