London Broil or other beef

Marinade mix:
Soy Sauce
Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp liquid smoke (hickory)
tsp garlic powder
1 tsp accent
⅓ tsp pepper
⅓ tsp salt

Slice beef into thin strips (easiest if slightly frozen).

Layer sliced beef into square or rectangle container with flat bottom.
Mix enough marinade to cover the meat.
Refrigerate for at least 24 hours, mixing meat twice.

Remove beef from container and place between paper towels to remove excess marinade.
Place beef in dehydrator and cook until dry but not hard.

Optional cooking method - layer beef on parchment paper or paper plates and cook in oven on lowest temperature with the door propped open.
