1 3lb pork butt/shoulder roast (not a tenderloin)
1 tbsp Hawaiian sea salt
1 tbsp liquid smoke flavoring
1 banana peel

Directions:
Directions:
Pierce pork all over with a fork. Rub salt and then liquid smoke all over meat and place in slow cooker. Add banana peel to the top. Cook on low for 8 hours, turning once during time if possible (if not, it will still be fine!)

Remove meat, shred, adding drippings as needed. Serve with rice!

I do tend to add more salt about 6 hours in if it seems to need it; you can base that on your personal preferences. :)
