Ingredients:  
-Clean berries.
- Add water just above Buffalo Berries
- Boil for 10 minutes.
-Strain the berries from the juice.
-Add 1 t. Lemon Juice
-When it boils add 1 cup of Sugar to every cup of juice.
-Cook until sheeting.
-Boiling water bath for 10 minutes on the prairie and 20 minutes in the hills.

Buffalo berry jelly is my all time favorite. I even tried to make this as a kid, which is amazing since I was never in the kitchen as a kid. One time I tried to make it when mom was gone. I poured all of the juice down the drain instead of saving it for the jelly. I could have cried. Luckily, mom showed up, we re-boiled the berries and it still made a pretty good jelly.
