Ingredients:

3 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts,
1/2 cup flour
2 - 3 tablespoon olive oil
3- 4 tablespoons butter
1 package mushrooms
2 medium shallots
5 cloves garlic
1 1/4 cup heavy cream
1 1/4 cup chicken broth
1 1/4 cup Marsala wine
2 - 3 teaspoons thyme
Salt and Pepper
1 package Bacon
1 Package Green Beans

Directions:

Pound chicken to 1/4" thickness. Lightly coat with flour (oat fiber). Heat grill on medium. Put butter and olive oil on grill then add mushrooms and saute till brown on one side, then turn and add shallots and garlic. Cook about 2 minutes. Put in 2 skillets. Add chicken broth, marsala wine, heavy cream, s & p, thyme.
Fry chicken till 3/4 done on grill and then add to the sauce in skillets. Simmer 8 to 10 minutes.

This was cooked perfectly and the marsala sauce was excellent along with juicy chicken. The bacon green beans speak for themselves....there's bacon in them! lol Give it a try. Its worth it! Stay safe and healthy!
