1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
1 Large Can Crushed Pineapple, drained
1 Cup Sugar
1 Small Box Instant Vanilla Pudding
1 8 Oz. Cool Whip
1 9 Oz. Can Coconut
2 Cup Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Bake cake by package directions in sheet cake pan. When cake is done put holes in cake with fork. Combine pineapple with sugar in saucepan. Cook 2 to 3 minutes over medium heat. Spoon over hot cake. Cool thoroughly. Make pudding by package directions and spread evenly over cake. Top with cool whip. Sprinkle coconut on top of cake. Let chill to set firmness before serving.
