¾ cup coarsely chopped onion
2 Tbsp butter
6 large eggs
2 Tbsp milk or cream
¼ tsp salt
pinch of ground pepper
1 package puff pastry shells, baked according to package directions
1 jar (16oz) marinara sauce.

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, saute onion in butter until soft but not browned. In a bowl, beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper. Pour into skillet and cook, stirring frequently until onion-egg mixture is scrambled. Spoon egg-onion mixture into warm pastry shells and serve with marinara sauce.
