2 whole tenderloins

Sauce:
¼ cup Kikkomen's soy sauce
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. garlic salt

1. Marinate tenderloins up to 6 hours or overnight with sauce half-way up on the sides.
2. Bake 1½ hours, uncovered in a 350º oven
3. Turn every 20 minutes
4. Leave tenderloins covered for 45 minutes and then uncover
5. Baste every 15 minutes
