1 lb. flour
1 tsp. (level) baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together into dough like texture
Divide the mixture in half
Sprinkle counter with flour
Roll out the dough to be 1/2 inch thick and 8 inches around
Cut into six pieces
Cook on the griddle at 400º until browned on all sides
