Pecan halves
Chocolate chips, melted
1 rounded tsp caramel per turtle (recipe is in this cookbook)
Directions:

1. Butter or lay down parchment paper on a cookie sheet.
2. Place one pecan with nice side down on the cookie sheet
3. Drop a rounded tsp. of caramel on top of pecan
4. Pour melted chocolate on top
