1 1/2 cups (6oz) shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups (6oz) shredded part skim mozzarella cheese
1/2 lb of mushrooms sliced (if you like mushrooms)
3-4 green onions, sliced
1 medium sweet red pepper, chopped (if you like red peppers)
2 tbsp butter
1 3/4 cups cubed fully cooked ham
1/4 cup all purpose flour
8 eggs
1 3/4 milk
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine cheese.
Sprinkle into a greased 13x9 inch baking dish.
In large skillet, saute mushrooms, onions and red pepper.
Stir in the ham.
Spoon over the cheese.
In a large bowl, combine flour, eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
Pour over ham mixture; cover and refrigerate overnight.
Remove from fridge 30 minutes before baking.
Bake uncovered at 350º for 35-45 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
let stand for 5 minutes before serving/
