1 lb. Apples tart and green
1/2 c. Raisins
1 c. Water
1/3 c. Lemon Juice
1 t. Cinnamon
1/4 t. All Spice
4 1/2 c. Sugar
1 c. Brown Sugar
1/2 c. Butter
1 Pouch of Certo Liquid Fruit Pectin

Directions:
Combine all ingredients except sugar. Bring to a boil and then add sugar. Bring back to a boil and it is ready when it jells immediately on a cold plate. Give a boiling water bath for 15 minutes on the prairie and 25 minutes in a cabin 1 mile high.
