1 q. Chokecherry Juice
5 c. Sugar
1 pkg. Sure Jell
Directions:
Directions:
combine juice and Sure Jell. Bring to a full boil. Add sugar and boil again for 5 minutes or until jelly sheens off of the spoon. Boil in a water bath l for 10 minutes on the prairie and 20 minutes a mile high.

Mom made a lot of Chokecherry Jelly when I was a kid. It was what grape jelly is to others. I have many memories of picking chokecherries in the draws at home.
