Personal Notes:
This is a perfect blend of two amazing ingredients. Chocolate and raspberries go hand and hand. Every summer Taylor makes Raspberry or Chocolate Raspberry jam. I love watching her perform the delicate dance of boiling jam and jelly jars. We always joke about it being Bonnie's white ribbon recipe, since I may have learned to not boiling water process it by somebody. When I was in 4-H, I did not include the boiling water process in the instructions. I received a white ribbon. When Taylor made it we did not include the boiling water process instructions. She received a white ribbon. We now process our jelly. It is a joke about it being a white ribbon recipe.
