Ingredients:  
4 Boneless chicken breasts cooked and chopped( or 2 large cans of chicken)
1 stalk of celery chopped
1 golden delicious apple peeled and chopped ( goldens don't turn brown!)
⅓ c dried cherries
⅓ c green OR red grapes, halved or smaller if big
½ c chopped pecans
¾ c light mayo
⅛ tsp pepper
½ tsp curry powder

Directions:
Directions:
Place all chopped ingredients in large bowl. Mix curry and pepper with the mayo and add to bowl and stir. Great eaten alone or as a sandwich, wrap, or on crackers! Keeps well for a few days in refrigerator.

I discovered this recipe while working at our elementary school when the cook was making this salad for wraps for a luncheon meeting.
