1 pkg. frozen cauliflower
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 cup bread crumbs (fresh or Italian seasoned)
cup parmesan cheese
tsp. garlic powder
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook cauliflower according to package directions. Drain and mash with fork. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake uncovered in an oven safe baking dish at 350 for 30 minutes.
