1-pound sausage
1-pound hamburger
1 garlic clove
1 tablespoon basil
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 cups tomatoes - canned or chopped fresh
2-6 oz. cans tomato paste
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
1 10-12 lasagna noodles
2 12 oz. cottage cheese
2 eggs beaten
2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoon parsley flakes
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 pound mozzarella cheese sliced thin or shredded

Brown meat, spoon off fat, add next 6 ingredients to meat and simmer uncovered for 1 hour stirring occasionally. Cook noodles

Combine cottage cheese with next 5 ingredients and slice the mozzarella cheese
or shred it

When meat and noodles are ready, spread 1/2 noodles in bottom and cover with half of cottage cheese mixture, then half mozzarella cheese and half meat. Repeat again

375 30-40 minutes
