2 c. milk
4 tbsp. flour

Directions:
Cook potatoes, onions, salt, pepper, celery seed and butter in 4 cups of water until potatoes are soft and real done. Stir a time or two so they don't stick or burn. After they start boiling, you can turn down the heat so they will not boil so hard.

Mix c. milk with the 4 tablespoons of flour a little at a time until lumps are smooth. Add flour and milk, and the remaining 2 cups of milk to boiling potatoes and stir constantly till it boils again. Boil for about 4 or 5 minutes stirring all the time so it don't burn. Add more milk if it is too thick.
