4 c. of potatoes cut in small cubes
½ c. chopped onions
1 tsp. salt
couple shakes of pepper
¼ tsp. celery seed
½ stick butter
4 c. water
2¼ c. milk
4 tbsp. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes, onions, salt, pepper, celery seed and butter in 4 cups of water until potatoes are soft and real done. Stir a time or two so they don't stick or burn. After they start boiling, you can turn down the heat so they will not boil so hard.

Mix ¼ c. milk with the 4 tablespoons of flour a little at a time until lumps are smooth. Add flour and milk, and the remaining 2 cups of milk to boiling potatoes and stir constantly till it boils again. Boil for about 4 or 5 minutes stirring all the time so it don't burn. Add more milk if it is too thick.
