⅔ c. chopped onion
½ c. butter or margarine
4 c. cooked chicken
2 cans mushroom soup
¾ c. chicken broth
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. celery salt or ½ c. chopped celery
6 c. bread cubes slightly toasted (about 14 slices)

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté chopped onion in butter/margarine for 2 minutes. In a large casserole or pan, arrange in layers: onions sautéed, cooked chicken, mushroom soup diluted with chicken broth, poultry seasoning, celery salt/celery, and buttered bread crumbs on top. Bake 350º for 30 minutes.
