1 C milk
1 C all purpose flour
C sugar
4 large eggs at room temperature
8 tbsp unsalted butter
Lemon and powdered sugar for serving

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together all ingredients except butter until smooth.
Melt butter in an the oven in an oven-proof skillet and tilt to coat. We use a 13 x 9 Pyrex cake pan.
Pour egg mixture and bake 15-17 minutes until golden.

Pancake will puff and climb up the sides of the pan. Cut into 4 pieces and serve with lemon and powdered sugar.
