Korean BBQ Short Ribs Recipe

2 lbs short ribs with meat

4 scallions, sliced
6 garlic cloves, minced (jar garlic will do)
1 cup low salt soy sauce
1/2 cup sesame oil
1 tbsp honey
4 tsp sesame ginger seasoning
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup black pepper
1/4 cup sake

Place ribs into a 2 lb zip lock bag.
Mix the marinade and pour off 1/4 into a bowl to use for cooking.

Pour the rest of the marinade in the bag with the ribs. Marinate for a minimum of 4 hours - overnight is better.

Remove ribs from marinade and grill over medium heat until done. You can also bake them at 325 brushing with the reserved marinade from time to time.

Check for doneness using meat thermometer.
