Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2 to 3 lbs. deboned chicken (breasts and thighs)
3 Tbs. oil
3/4 c chopped onion
3/4 c chopped bell pepper
1/2 c chopped celery
3/4 to 1 lb. American Cheese
2 small or 1 large can tomato sauce
16 oz. package spaghetti
Chicken Broth (to cook pasta)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and saute in oil with the onions, peppers and celery. Add tomato sauce. Cook spaghetti in chicken broth until tender. Drain pasta. Add chicken mixture and cheese to spaghetti. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Yields 2 (2 quart) dishes.
