2 c Bisquick
2/3 c milk
2 eggs
1 lb ground beef, cooked and drained
1/2 c chopped onion
2 tomatoes
1 to 2 T chili powder to taste
1/2 t ground cumin
1/2 t garlic powder
1 c shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix bisquick, milk and eggs. Stir in beef, onion and seasonings. Spread evenly in casserole dish.

Bake uncovered at 375º for 25 - 30 mins. Sprinkle with cheese and tomatoes.

Return to oven to melt cheese.

Serve with salsa, sour cream or guacamole or both.
