One "Flat Out" brand flatbread. Or something similar - ideally sun-dried tomato seasoned version

1/4 cup Mama Mary's gourmet traditional pizza sauce
17 slices Hormel turkey pepperoni
Assorted veggies: Onions, Green Peppers, Red Peppers, Mushrooms are great options - only need 1-2 cups total veggies for a single pizza
1/4 cup Sargento or Kraft Mozarella cheese

Preheat oven to 475º

Chop and then sauté the veggies until all water is cooked off. You want them a little dry or your pizza will be soggy

Place flatbread on a cookie sheet sprayed with Pam

Spread sauce over flatbread

Place turkey pepperoni on flatbread. Add sautéed vegetables. Then add cheese

Bake for about 10 minutes - perhaps longer until cheese melts and is a bit browned on top.
