2 gal. hot peppers (1 heaping peck)
2 lb. weiners
32 oz. bottle ketchup
1 pt. vinegar
3 c. sugar
1 pt. oil
1 tsp. salt
2 cloves garlic, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Bring ketchup, vinegar, sugar, oil, salt and garlic to boil. Add peppers and weiners cut into pieces. Cook until peppers are near tender. Put in jars, seal and water bath process for 15 minutes. Makes 10-11 pints.
