3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
⅓ cup cocoa
2 Tbsp. vinegar
¼ cup vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups water
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together in order. Pour into greased and floured 9 X 13 inch cake pan.
Bake at 375° for 30-35 minutes. Test with toothpick. If it comes out clean it's done.
