1 green organic banana, chilled or frozen
1 1/4 cup organic almond/coconut milk
1 scoop USANA Chocolate Nutrimeal
3/4 cup organic frozen dark sweet cherries
3 scoops USANA Nutrimeal Free Shake Mix
1 to 2 tbsp. almond butter~ optional
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon, 1/8 tsp. ground cardamom
1 pinch of ginger
1 pinch of nutmeg
1 Tbsp. unsweetened coconut flakes, optional

Directions:

1. In a blender, combine banana, cherries, almond/coconut milk, almond butter, and USANA Chocolate and Nutrimeal Free Shake and spices and blend to incorporate.

2. Pour in almond milk. Blend again until smooth. Serve chilled.
