1 can (5.3 oz) evaporated milk
1½ cups sugar
1 jar (5oz) marshmallow cream
¼ cup butter
½ tsp salt
1 pkg (12 oz) semisweet chocolate morsels
1½ tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Butter an 8 inch square pan for thick fudge or a 13x9 inch pan for thin. Set aside. In a large sauce pan combine evaporated milk, sugar, butter and salt. Sir to mix, cooking over medium heat. Stir constantly. Once mixture reaches a full rolling boil begin timing for 5 minutes. Remember to stir constantly. After 5 minutes remove from heat. Immediately add chocolate morsels and vanilla extract. Stir (do not beat) until all chocolate is melted. Add marshmallow cream and stir until cream is thoroughly mixed and smooth. At this point you can add nuts if desired. Pour into prepared pan. Use a spatula to spread around for an even layer. Chill until firm. Cut into desired sized squares. Keep fudge covered in plastic wrap or in an airtight container to prevent drying out.
